WordPress MU 2.9.2 veröffentlicht
WordPress MU 2.9.2 wurde veröffentlicht. Diese Version ist ein Sicherheitsrelease und behebt einige kleinere Fehler.
WPMU befindet sich damit auf der gleichen Versionsnummer wie WordPress und aller Voraussicht nach wird das dass letzte Release vor der Zusammenführung von WP und WPMU sein.
Weitere Informationen zu diesem Release finden sich im Entwicklerstatement.
Wie vor jeder Aktualisierung solltet ihr immer ein vollständiges Backup aller Dateien und der Datenbank anlegen – auch wenn die automatische Updatefunktion benutzt wird! Wir bitten euch, Support-Fragen zu der neuen Version im Forum zu stellen.

Hallo,
ich habe vor einiger Zeit wpmu lokal mit xampp installiert. die installation erfolgte genau nach der im web zu findenden anleitung (mod rewrite aktiviert usw) jedoch kann ich keine blogs erstellen.
immer wenn ich einen neuen blog erstellen möchte wird dieser zwar im backend angezeigt, aber wenn man die eigentliche blogseite aufruft gibt es eine 404 not found fehlermeldung.
im forum konnte ich keine lösung für das problem finden denn auf den post antwortet niemand. daher versuche ich nun noch einmal auf diesem wege eine lösung zu finden.

also ich hatte auch mal das Problem, wenn man einen Artikel aufrufen möchte, dass eine 404 not found fehlermeldung kommt.
Zuerst habe ich überhaupt keine Lösung gefunden und habe alles noch einmal neu installiert. Dann ging es auch für eine Weile, aber dann auf einmal wa das wieder. Ich weiß nicht wieso, aber nach etwas durchgucken habe ich bemerkt, dass die .htaccess-Datei fehlte.
Als ich diese hinzugefügt habe, ging es wieder.
Falls es bei dir genauso ist, dann musst du nur die “htaccess.dist”-Datei in “.htaccess” umbenennen und dann geht es hoffentlich
