Update für WordPress MU 2.8.4 erschienen (2.8.4a)
Auf Grund eines Fehlers beim Zusammenführen der Änderungen aus WordPress 2.8.4 mit WPMU wurde ein Update für Version 2.8.4 veröffentlicht. Dieser Release trägt den Zusatz “a” (WordPress MU 2.8.4a). Eine automatische Aktualisierung kann über Backend gestartet werden.
Wie immer gilt: Vor dem Update ein vollständiges Backup von Datenbank und Dateien!

Von daher verstehe ich das Problem mit der “home” gar nicht, denn das ist doch im Template unter “wp-content” eine Sache. Oder?
Im übrigen, eine “wp-config.php” gibt es im Update Ordner gar nicht, nur die normale Sample. Aber passt schon und ein Backup sollte man eh regelmässig machen, vor allem aber von der eigenen DB!

ich habe gelesen, dass das normale wordpress demnächst mit dem mü zusammengeführt werden soll, damit das anlegen mehrerer blogs einfacher sein soll.
gibt es davon etwas neues?
wenn hier leute sind, die daran mitarbeiten, hätte ich dafür schon mal eine anregung. es wäre toll wenn man dann einzelne unter-blogs innerhalb einer installation auf unterschiedlichen IP laufen lassen könnte.
im moment traue ich mich noch nicht an mü ran.
