Donnerstag wurde der letzte Meilenstein, Version 2.8, von WordPress freigegeben. Diese beinhaltet einige Neuerungen und verbessert vorhandene Funktionen. Bis zum Release von WordPress MU 2.8 kann es zwar noch einige Tage dauern, jedoch ist nicht damit zurechnen, wie viele stark behaupten, das es Wochen oder sogar Monate dauern wird.
