Heute wurde WordPress MU 2.6.2 freigegeben. Wie Version 2.6.1 ist auch dies kein Sicherheitsrelease. Jedoch wird das Update empfohlen, da einige wichtige Bugs behoben wurden sind:

1. XMLRPC-Schnittstelle läuft nun auf Installationen mit mehreren Sites besser #735
2. get_option() liest nun alle Optionen
3. Uploadbuttons beim Schreiben einstellbar #598, #738
4. 404-Fehler bei Unterordnerinstallationen nun fast vollständig behoben #745
5. Und mehr… (Timeline im Trac)

Die Sprachdatei wird im Laufe des Tages veröffentlicht.

NACHTRAG:
Die passende Sprachdatei für WordPress MU 2.6.2 ist nun da. Achtung, der Dateiname der Sprachdatei hat sich nun geändert, um bessere Unterstützung für Plugin & Theme Übersetzungen zu haben. Bei vorhandenen Installationen, sollte die Installation der Sprachdatei, wie in der Anleitung beschrieben, wiederholt werden.
